About this RC body
A wing is meant to be the breakaway point at the back of the shell: it takes the energy of a tumble and leaves the body intact. On the 1/14 truck it also does real work at the speeds that chassis runs, keeping the rear settled on a long straight. It mounts to the standard posts and comes in the matching finish. Worth having two in the box.
Where it sits in the HYPER GO RC car range
The 1412A is part of our Bodies, Bumpers & Trim shelf, which carries 5 parts for the MJX HYPER GO range. Model code 1412A is the number every listing here is keyed to: quote it and the gears, shocks, wheels and bodies that suit this chassis all line up. It is a service part rather than a vehicle, so check the fits row before you order.
Fit and compatibility
This part is listed against H14BM, 14210. Those codes are stamped on the chassis plate under the body; photographs are a poor guide at this scale, because neighbouring versions differ by a couple of millimetres and look identical. If the plate on your car is unreadable, send us a picture with the shell off and we will tell you which version you have.
Living with it
Keep the old shell when you fit a new one. A scuffed body is the right thing to run in the wet and it means a cracked pillar never ends an afternoon.

Questions about the 1412A
- Does it arrive painted?
- Painted, trimmed and with the mounting holes already cut. Four body clips and it is on.
- Will it fit my chassis?
- Check the fits row above. The 1/16 shells are shared across several model codes; the 1/14 parts are not.
- Can I repaint it?
- Use paint made for flexible bodies and key the surface first. Ordinary enamel flakes off at the first landing.
