Pit lane / Box to berm

From the box to the berm

Who ships what

Our vehicles and parts reach you through the partner store you ordered from. That store picks the carrier, sets the delivery window and issues the tracking, and everything after payment — dispatch, delays, redelivery — is handled on its order page.

The first ten minutes

  1. Open the box flat and keep the packing until you have driven the vehicle once.
  2. Count the packs and cables against the model's list — our combos ship different sets.
  3. Check the wheel nuts and the body clips before the first run; transit shakes things loose.
  4. Charge the pack on a hard surface, and only with the cable that matches its cell count.

If something is wrong

A part that arrived damaged, a vehicle that came short of an item, a shock that leaks out of the bag — all of it is settled through the order page of the partner store you bought from. They hold the order record, they can authorise the return and they can send the replacement. Have the order reference and a photograph ready and it is usually one exchange of messages.

Warranty

Warranty claims follow the same road. The store that sold the vehicle administers them against our terms, which cover manufacturing faults rather than wear. Tires, brushes, body shells and shock oil are consumables; a differential that fails in its first week is not.

What travels badly

LiPo packs move under transport rules that vary by destination, which is why some stores ship them separately from the vehicle and why a combo can arrive in two boxes on two days. That is normal and is not a missing item.
