About this RC wheel set

Tyres are the part that decides how a truck drives and the part most people leave longest, because a worn one still looks round. Ours come glued to the wheel on the twelve millimetre hex, so there is no bead to seat and no time spent waiting on adhesive. These fit four of our chassis codes. Run the same compound on both ends — mixing fronts and rears is a quick way to make a balanced car untidy.

Those codes are stamped on the chassis plate under the body; photographs are a poor guide at this scale, because neighbouring versions differ by a couple of millimetres and look identical. If the plate on your car is unreadable, send us a picture with the shell off and we will tell you which version you have.

Living with it

Hose the mud off before it dries and check the wheel nuts after the first run on a new set. Grit between tire and rim is what works a bead loose.
